David M. Scott is a senior partner with GoTo Benefits Inc. & Co-Founder of GoTo Wealth Inc. He has been working in the Insurance and financial services industry since 1989. His primary focus is working with business owners, designing benefits plans and implementing corporate insurance solutions.
David has served the Fredericton Local of ADVOCIS as President for two terms. David attained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2008 . He has been awarded the “Paul Harris Fellowship” for his service with the Fredericton Sunrise Rotary Club for thirteen years, having served as President and charter member, and has been an active member of the Fredericton Rotary Club since. Being an avid boater, David also serves on the Board of the Oromocto Boat Club with the position of First Vice-Commodore. David was born in and grew up in Fredericton, married to Susan and together they have 2 children Ashlee and Sara
Tyler Veriker, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, GoTo Wealth Inc.
Tyler W. Veriker is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of GoTo Wealth Inc. Tyler has been working in the investment industry since the beginning of 2014 when he joined a national financial services firm. After he gained experience and found some success, he was recruited to join a private wealth management & benefits firm in 2017, located in Saint John, N.B. With the desire to bring better results & brighter future to each client, Tyler co-founded GoTo Wealth Inc. in 2020. Tyler’s primary focus is investment advising & strategic planning with incorporated professionals, business owners & executives.
Tyler is proud to be a graduate of Rothesay Netherwood School & Acadia University. He is an active member of his community, Tyler currently sits on boards & committees for Rothesay Netherwood Founders, John Howard Society & he is treasurer of Miramichi Young Professionals & Incorporated Entrepreneurs(MYPIE). Tyler is currently completing his Certified Financial Planner(CFP) designation. Hockey & boating are two of Tyler’s passions, although this will soon change as he & Jessica are expecting their first child in June, 2021.
Emily Murphy, Group Benefits Specialist
Emily has over 30 years in the financial services industry, specializing in group benefits. She has been working with a number of clients the same clients for the entirety of her career. Emily can often be heard saying “It’s a relationship business”, as she considers many of her clients to be family, she takes great pride & satisfaction in always being there to support her clients anyway possible.
Emily enjoys spending time in Florida & visiting with friends, when she’s not busy walking her two dogs, Pita & Ann
Stuart McNeil, Financial Advisor
As part of the GoTo Benefits/GoTo Wealth team, Stuart is a Financial Advisor bringing over 15 years experience in the Insurance & Investment industry. Stuart enjoys meeting with new & existing clients regularly to learn about their current situations & ensure their on track for the best outcomes. He thrives on the challenge of helping each individual assess their overall needs and putting in place the coverage and investments they require to meet their needs and goals.
When not in the office Stuart can be found volunteering in the community, there’s been many hours spent coaching and managing minor hockey and basketball teams. Stuart has also been passionate about being the Executive of the “BMHS Friends of the Highlanders fundraising committee”
Stuart and his wife of almost 30 years, Carolyn, live in Moncton, NB. They are most proud of their 2 fantastic children, Erin & Zach.
Wendy Archibald, Coordinator, Life InForce & New Business
Wendy Archibald, Coordinator, Life InForce & New Business . With over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Wendy joined Roy Scott & Associates, now GoTo Benefits Inc., in July 2007 as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. She currently holds the position of Co-Ordinator, Life In Force & New Business with GoTo Benefits Inc.
Earlier in her career, Wendy obtained her insurance designation, FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) for a better understanding of life and health insurance. She has also taken additional courses relating to Customer Service and Legal Aspects of Life & Health Insurance along with the successful completion of the Investment Funds Course (IFIC).
Wendy is originally from Saint John and currently resides in New Maryland with her husband, Doug. They have 2 grown children
Brenda Jones, Office Administrator / Personal & Employee Benefits Coordinator
Brenda Jones, Office Administrator / Personal & Employee Benefits Coordinator Brenda is a Fredericton native and started her career in the insurance industry upon graduation from Fredericton High School. She has been with us since 1985 and holds a Life, Accident & Sickness License in addition to Group Life & Health Primer Certificate with IFEBP and has completed LOMA 1 & 2.
Brenda enjoys cooking, reading and motorcycling.
